The Schickedanz family has a proud 65 year history in the construction, real estate development and home building business in North America. Successful projects have been completed in Canada (Southern Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia) and Florida (Palm Beach, Martin, Pinellas, Pasco, Charlotte, Polk, Osceola and Lake Counties), resulting in deliveries of thousands of homes, thousands more building lots to other home builders, assisted living communities, and construction and management of shopping centers and office buildings.

Since 1980, family members Waldemar and Gerhard Schickedanz have been managing partners of the family’s South Florida division. They have built nearly 2000 homes, 200 rental apartment units, 5 assisted living communities, commercial buildings and developed an additional 2,100+ building lots for other national home builders.
